All orders must be prepaid before dispatch from our warehouse. We accept payment by Debit Card, Credit Card, PayPal, and electronic Internet Transfer, by way of our website shopping Check-out. We can accept Bank – Bank transfer & Cheques by arrangement, subject to a period for clearance, prior to dispatch.
DELIVERIES Goods are normally dispatched within 7 days from date of order. Any variance to this will be advised by return, as will the unlikely event of items temporarily out-of-stock . We will never offer substitute items without prior arrangement. GUARANTEES We guarantee to replace any Crescent planter if it cracks or fades due to weather conditions, defective or faulty workmanship or materials during the first 10 years from the date of purchase. Should a Crescent planter not comply to our Guarantee we shall with a written request replace the defective planter with its then closest current model & colour.
